In addition to a busy practice, members of Habitat
Studio are passionate about teaching architecture. Marilyn Miller
Farmer, Principal-in-Charge of Habitat Studio, has been teaching
for over ten years, and until fall of 2003 was the lead instructor
of the Architecture
Program at Cuesta
Community College in San Luis Obispo. In her Second
Year Design Studio, Marilyn focuses on multicultural and diversity
issues.
Last year another member of Habitat team joined the faculty at Cuesta
College. Davila Parker-Garcia taught Architectural Design and Presentation
Computer Graphics [Arch
