| Originally designed as two separate buildings
connected by an outdoor covered patio, its plan has been updated to facilitate
the phasing of the building process. Phase One includes a Great Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, intimate fireplace nook, and spacious Loft Bedroom. Also a 1-1/2 Baths and an extensive Pantry. Phase Two is the addition of a bedroom wing with two bedrooms and an exquisite skylight, bath partitioned with shoji screens and a sunken soaking tub. Connected to Main House with covered breezeway offering summer shade. Phase Three is the conversion of breezeway into an enclosed solarium for winter 'sunspace' and summer 'coolspace', game room, and sitting room living space. |
