| Extensive remodel of an existing two-story house. The main living area was expanded and reconfigured into a vaulted great room with an adjacent kitchen and dining-gathering space. The main floor was reorganized to include guest suites and separate laundry room. Existing stairs were relocated to open out to second floor incorporating existing attic/storage into a master suite/retreat area with large master bath tub and steam shower. Significant landscape and deck design was included to increase and enhance outdoor living space with a wrap-around porch to unite outdoor and interior spaces, a shady place to sit on hot summer days, talk and enjoy the spectacular views and natural environment.
